On-Premise Catering Guidelines

We would like to thank you for your interest in having your special event here at Primozz.  We strive to make each and every event a memorable one for you and your guests.  If you have any special requests we would be happy to discuss them with you.  To ensure your event runs smoothly, below are some guidelines we follow here at Primozz.

To hold a date, a $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required.  Your deposit is credited to your final bill.  

Final head count must be submitted one week before your event.  After that time, adjustments can only be made to accommodate more guests.

No outside food is permitted with the exception of a cake provided it is purchased from a licensed baker.

Alcohol may be served at your event but you must supply it.  We have all the necessary glasses, etc. to serve wine, beer, or punch. 

Forms of payment - We accept personal checks or cash for all catering events.  If using a personal check, your event must be paid in full one week prior to your event.

We require 50% down 30 days prior to your event and the remainder the day of.

An 18% gratuity 7% sales tax will be added to your bill.

Staffing charges will be calculated depending on size of party and will apply.

The duration of all in-house parties is four hours.  An additional charge of $150 per hour will be incurred after that time.

You may arrive one hour prior to your event to decorate if you wish.  We ask that you refrain from using candles as the open flame presents a hazardous issue. No decorations can be taped or pinned to the walls.  Also, we ask that you keep glitter and table sprinkles to a minimum.
