Off-Premise Catering Guidelines

We would like to thank you for your interest in Primozz catering. We strive to make each and every event a memorable one for you and your guests.  If you have any special requests we would be happy to discuss them with you.  To ensure your event runs smoothly below are some guidelines we follow here at Primozz.

To hold a date a $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required.  Your deposit is credited to your final bill but not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Special dietary needs must be submitted two weeks before your event.

Final head count must be submitted two weeks prior to your event.

We require 50% down six weeks before your event and the remaining is due one week before your event date.

Head count adjustments can only be made to accommodate more guests after your final head count is given.

No outside food is permitted with the exception of a cake provided it is purchased from a licensed bakery.

Alcohol may be served at your event but you must supply it as well as any security that is required.  We would be happy to supply high end plastic glasses or crystal at an additional charge.

A charge of  7% sales tax will be added to your bill.

The duration of all parties is five hours.  An additional charge of $250 per hour will be incurred after that time.

Forms of payment - We accept personal checks or cash for all catering events.  If using a personal check, your event must be paid one week prior to event date.
